Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time and therapist are available. However, we do accept walk-ins when space allows.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Come in comfortable clothing. For massages and body treatments, we provide robes, slippers, and disposable underwear. You’ll be properly draped at all times to ensure privacy and comfort.
Can I customize my treatment?
Absolutely! All our services are customizable. Let your therapist know if you have specific areas of tension, prefer lighter or deeper pressure, or want a particular scent for aromatherapy.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that things come up. Please give us at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Mobile payments via Paystack or Flutterwave are also available.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. We offer couples treatments and shared relaxation spaces. However, for solo treatments, we ask that guests not receiving services wait in our lounge area.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes, we offer prenatal massage services that are specially designed for expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
